Abstract

Cavernous hemangiomas of the uterus are extremely rare, benign lesions associated with gynaecological complications. They may be either localized presenting as an endometrial polyp or a uterine mass in which most of the uterine wall is composed of enlarged vascular spaces replacing the normal myometrium. Here we report the imaging findings of such rare case of hemangioma in 25 years old non-pregnant female. The patient complained of feeling of fullness in the vaginal canal.
