The use of the Internet of Things (IoT) in daily life is a rising reality today. Even though there are many challenges in this environment, such as security risks, energy consumption issues, and heterogeneity, But, the number of connected devices is rapidly expanding. This interconnected network of gadgets has become indispensable to daily life as a result of the exponential growth in information sharing. As more people use this potent IoT platform, security flaws become more severe. One way to address numerous security vulnerabilities is by utilising One Time Passwords (OTP) to authenticate IoT users. The OTP has added an additional coating to the conventional username-password authentication system. But there is a need for an OTP algorithm to secure the healthcare IoT data while accessing it from Central Medical Servers (CMS) of the IoT healthcare environment without the use of any external devices. Thus, this research suggests the AroSheb Jo, a hybrid One-time Password generation algorithm for healthcare IoT data and provides an analysis of the algorithm's security. The comparison of its lightweight attributes and resistance to security assaults is also included in this research. This research additionally elaborates on the experimental and performance analyses of the algorithm.
