Abstract

The most prevalent nail fungus condition, onychomycosis has a high recurrence rate and affects the fingers and toes. The condition is brought on by a variety of fungi, including dermatophytes and non-dermatophytes. Delivering a sustained release over an extended length of time and lowering administration frequency were the study's goals. Both patient compliance and clinical efficacy were anticipated to improve as a result. The formulation of the nail lacquer was made, and it was examined for non-volatile content, gloss smoothness to flow, drug diffusion tests, drug content estimation, and anti-microbial.
